Fishes and other marine life form symbiotic relationships for protection and mutual benefit. Those that live among the anemones are called anemone fish and are immune to their stings.
The fish are protected and in some cases keep other intruders away as is the case with Clark’s anemonefish. In addition, the anemone’s waste provides food for the fish. In return, the fish keep the anemone free from parasites.
You will also see in this video how juvenile fish hitchhike in jellyfish to protect themselves from predators. But, for me, the most exciting news comes at minutes 2:30-2:51 regarding “Nemo”, the clown fish.
